At just 55 pounds, the PILOT is our lightest, easiest-to-maneuver gas-powered trimmer on wheels. But it has the muscle to vastly outperform any handheld trimmer on the market...without the hassle or the back pain! An offset frame design allows the PILOT model to trim right up against foundations, fence lines and other obstacles with precise control. And with its low profile, you can easily reach underneath shrubs or fence stiles to clear out low growth.

Features

  • 5X the power of handheld trimmers
  • DR® OHV engine with 7.6 ft-lbs gross torque
  • 22" Cutting Width

FAQ

Orders and Shipping

What is the shipping time?

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We work with our vendors to get every order shipped as quickly as possible.

Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery progress online.

How do I change or modify my order?

We can help you modify your order any time before shipment, such as changing an item or your shipping address. Please email us as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, email us at info@theoutdoorlifestyle.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

How do I request a return or refund?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, so if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will help with a warranty claim or replacement. Please see individual product pages for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my product instead of a refund?

Yes, for eligible items. If you'd prefer an exchange for a different product or variant, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.
