Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days using a fully tracked courier service. Our couriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, handle delivery of your items from our warehouse. Processing times may vary depending on the product, see below for details.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your card for the purchase. We then reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If your item is available for immediate shipment, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipping.
Order Shipment
Once your order is confirmed in stock and the charge is processed, it will ship within the timeframe noted above. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at info@theoutdoorlifestyle.com.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Select products may also be available for shipment to the United States, this will be indicated at checkout if applicable to the item you are ordering.
Changing Your Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change your delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please expect delays when an address change is made after shipping. If our freight partners charge additional fees due to the change, those fees will be passed on to the customer.

Additional Delivery Options
• Threshold Shipping: The item is brought onto your porch or into a sheltered area such as a garage.
• White Glove Delivery: The item is brought into the room of your choice, with minor assembly included and all boxes and packaging removed from your home.
