Price Match Policy

We work hard to make sure you're getting a great price on every purchase. If you find a lower price for an identical, in-stock item from an authorized online retailer, we'll match it. On qualifying purchases over $2,000, we'll go a step further and beat that price by $50.

To be eligible, you must provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot, invoice, or email, at the time of your request.

How It Works

  • Standard Price Match: We'll match a verified lower price from an eligible competitor and refund the difference.
  • Price Beat (orders over $2,000): We'll match the lower price and beat it by an additional $50.

Policy Conditions

  • Requests can be made before purchase, or within 14 days after your order is placed.
  • The item must be identical (same brand, model, size, and colour) and in stock on the competitor's website at the time of the request.
  • The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product, with a Canadian storefront selling in Canadian dollars.
  • Retail store locations, marketplace sellers, discounters, and auction websites (for example, eBay or Overstock) are not eligible.
  • Promotions such as rebates, bundle deals, membership-only prices, and buy-one-get-one offers are not eligible.
  • Limited-time event pricing such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday is not eligible.
  • Price matching applies to the item price only and excludes sales tax. Shipping is already free on all our orders.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other offers.
