To cancel an order, email us at info@theoutdoorlifestyle.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, so if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will help with a warranty claim or replacement. Please see individual product pages for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
