30-day returns on eligible items

See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Some brands are not eligible for return; check the product description.

The Apex Mini brings the performance of Homecraft's full-size Apex heater into a slim, floor-standing tower just 14" x 32", built for residential saunas where floor space is tight. It's made in British Columbia from 100% stainless steel, CSA/UL approved, and uses a protected heating element chamber for faster heat-up and a longer element life. It holds up to 100 lbs of Homecraft sauna rocks for ample steam, and pairs with Homecraft's TKE2-2 (indoor) or TKEO2-2 (outdoor) touchpad controller. Backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering the heating elements.

FAQ

Orders and Shipping

What is the shipping time?

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We work with our vendors to get every order shipped as quickly as possible.

Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and whether it is made to order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery progress online.

How do I change or modify my order?

We can help you modify your order any time before shipment, such as changing an item or your shipping address. Please email us as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, email us at info@theoutdoorlifestyle.com as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

How do I request a return or refund?

Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty, so if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will help with a warranty claim or replacement. Please see individual product pages for details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange my product instead of a refund?

Yes, for eligible items. If you'd prefer an exchange for a different product or variant, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.
