To cancel a paid order, you will need to email us before the order is shipped. Please note that generally we're not able to stop its transit after it is shipped out. Shipping fees are not refunded after the parcels are shipped out, and returns are based on preference.

The outdoor lifestyle default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
